Sorry to hear about the holiday trouble.

The 1990 can run all over town without a single fuse in the panel inside the car. None are necessary, except you'll get a ticket for no brake lights or turn signals. The problem is not in your fuses inside.

But outside, the 25A fuse wire is needed to power the ignition computer. The coil gets its juice separately, so if you don't have spark, check your OBD codes. When the 25A fuse circuit is open (corrosion usually, bumped while you were changing the timing belt?) the OBD light will be on (both 2 and 6) when you turn the ignition on. It should only come on when you press its button.

Check spark right at the coil. If the TB install was a bit off, it may not be getting delivered to the plug.
