High idle and white smoke after engine swap 700 1990

I think I was being a bit paranoid too. I think it's just running and producing water vapor. I took a white sheet of paper and put it behind the exhaust and it was just clear water. There's a slight rich smell, or maybe it's a bit sweet, but it seems to be just water vapor.

I also just realized the gas is very old and needs to be burned off and replaced too.
