Clutch kit recommendations 120-130

Tom;

I'd recommend Sachs (German) over the Beck/Arnley (British?) any day!

Height of throwout bearing must always be appropriate for pressure plate...this is no issue if these are bought as a packaged kit, but it wouldn't be the first time someone replaced just the throwout bearing only to find out they got this wrong (I guess a Beck/Arnley throwout bearing doesn't play well with a Sachs PP), when they simply couldn't get the clutch adjusted to work and everything had to come back apart...when in doubt, double-check the height of the throwout bearing from throwout fork to diaphram surface!

I've also had a (plasdick) Greenlee brand bearing fail miserably...I wont use them ever again...again, probably not an issue when buying the Sachs kit...I expect that includes a quality throwout bearing (made of metal even!).

Cheers
