clutch questions 700 1989

I have a 89 745 gle b234f engine and m46 ? trans. It has the button on the shifter for 5th gear
The car has 253k miles and the clutch is starting to go out.

1) what is the best clutch for this car ? (not interested in the cheepest)
2) who sells a complete kit ? (online retailers are ok by me)
3) does anyone sell new flywheels ? (can't even find a listing)
4) what is easier to pull the trans or the engine ?
5) anything special I should be looking for ?

I have started driving one of my trucks because I don't want to have to do it in the winter. So I figured if I get all my parts then in the spring I can have it done in a day either way. Looking at it I think it would be easier to pull the engine, the hardest thing about that would be the exhaust. then again I could be wrong and the transmission could drop right out, never done one of these before.
