Reseating 940 sunroof seal 1992

Hello All:

My sunroof seal came off the sunroof panel along the back, resulting in a big flood of water when the weather warmed up. How do I remove the panel so I can bring it inside to warm it up and reglue the seal? I am planning on using "gorilla snot" to stick the seal back on.

The sunroof is electric and the panel is metal.
