Painting B18- which paint is best to use?

Hello all,
I want the paint my B18 while it's out, I bought duplicolor (spray) for a few small parts (timing cover, valve cover), but don't want to use the spray on the engine (because of the bad reviews).

I am looking at a multi-step POR15 kit at the moment (Ford Red color). One product to remove dirt and grease, next step is prepping the metal, then priming it and finally painting it.

Has anyone used this or any other system that works pretty well? Any feedback is appreciated!
