Headliner replacement 700

The headliner in my 740 sedan w/ sun roof is in pretty poor shape. I found a very good one in the local PYP yard and was thinking about a swap but just how do you get the darn thing out of the car after loosening all the fasteners. Do the front seats have to be removed??
