Gauge Cluster Removal on a 1980 245? 200 1980

After years of slowly progressing towards the later 240s, starting with several '82s, and going through an '83, an '87, and a '91, I've just bought an '80 from a good friend of mine - who only bought it in the first place because I sent him the Craigslist link and persuaded him to buy it. It had sat in a barn for over a decade, and only has 138k miles on it! While he had it, he scored an old tach on Ebay, which he installed but never connected, since he never found the red and white factory tach wire. Now that I know it's there, I attempted to take the gauge cluster out of the dash, which I've done plenty of times on the later models, but after taking the two screws out along the bottom edge, I was stymied, since there are no panels on either side to conceal mounting screws. Does the top edge hook in somehow, and if so, how do I unhook it?
