Mileage. 200 1990

Yesterday I drove 200 miles with 196 of them on the freeway. Half of that distance I drove about 75-80 mph and the other half about 70 mph. I did the math and I got 18 mpg. Does that seem low? If it does what can I do to improve my mileage (other than drive slower)?
It’s a ’90 dl sedan w/ auto tranny. Plugs are less than one year new. Wires are less than three years new. Oil changed every 3K for the 2+ years I’ve owned the car. It has a little over 200K miles on it. I clean the flame trap about 4 times per year and keep the tire pressure at 34 psi. I very recently cleaned the AMM and replaced the gasket. I changed the TB about a year ago and the fuel pumps and filter about 6 months ago. Overall the car seems to run well.
Thanks in advance for your input.
