Car wont start 200 1988

I have a 1988 240 wagon with the B230F engine in it....

The car has been giving me some starting issues... The engine will crank, but will not actually start up. I know that the ignition system is in good shape, as I recently did a tune up with new plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor button.

Car has been running well, up until about a week ago. It starts intermittently, and when it does start up, it runs pretty well....

Im wondering if it might be something in the fuel delivery system????

Any ideas on where to start looking?
