Volvo newbie requesting help again... 700

Hi All-
I posted a couple of weeks ago about my 740 base having intermittent no-start problems. The radio supression relay, fuel pump relay, and FI relay have all been replaced. The car no-started again earlier this week and is now with the tech. He called late yesterday to say they have found fuel "all over the intake system". I asked the tech if the OBD generated any codes, and none were found.

The past few no-start episodes have occured during either cold(CA) or wet weather. I was thinking o2 sensor, until the shop called and reported the "fuel in the intake system" issue.

Can someone explain how this happened, and what my next step should be? The shop was closing, and I was at work, so I didn't have time to ask any further questions. I will be talking with the tech later today; the shop has been swamped with post-storm/flood repairs, so he's working on my car in between.

Any insight/second opinions would be welcome!
