slight stalling and 2 codes: 1-1-3 and 2-3-2 200 1993

1993 Wagon with 210k miles.

I picked up two codes and the car seems to stall when slowly pulling away from a stop sign. (does fine at speed...only seems to stall when just starting out from a stop)

1-1-3 Fault in fuel injectors
2-3-2 Fuel system compensating for rich or lean air/fuel mixture at idle

What do I need to check and/or fix? (haven't had these type codes and symptoms on any of the previous 240's I've owned). The Bentley manual says that it's most likely one of two problems ..1) carbon deposits in the fuel injectors or 2) O-rings at the fuel injectors are old and introducing air to the system. Is there a kit? Is this the problem?

Thanks,

Cabbie
