Corroded CB 700

I've found that the early and mid 740 series had the twitchy gauge problem.

I've been able to repair the problem by taking the cluster out and removing the gauge and clean the tiny nuts, studs and CB contacts. Apply anti corrosion grease to the contacts.

If you are not familiar with the cluster wiring of a 740. You really only have to remember the single wires and connectors. Make sure you label everything before disconnecting. Re-install and test.
