Headlight adjuster nylon ball ends -- where do I get some? 700 1992

I have a '92 740 wagon. Several of the nylon sockets that attatch to the adjuster screws and headlight units have broken, and now my headlights are largely being held in with duct tape. :/

I have searched high and low and cannot find any mention of these parts, much less a part number or price. Can anyone help me out? There are two gray and one white bushing/socket/what have you on each headlight unit for the 90-92 740.
