fuel rail leaking fuel from bottom of main tube approx. 5/8" diameter 200 1993

I'd appreciate checking your'92 Vs. '93 to see if the same. I was in a car fire once and don't want a repeat performance. I'm wondering how these 3 pin holes could have happened this rail is up on top of engine not subject to the elements
and gasoline being a petroleum product has a bit of oil in it these no rust from fuel contamination possible. I wanted to post to see if anyone has run in to this issue B-4 and how they solved it. thank you for input. Brazing is a solid fix on a steel tube like this. regards, Bill
