fuel rail off cleaned and examined 200 1993

It has a crack running around were the 1/4" tube is welded into place next to firewall. Car has never been in an accident. I'm buying that used assembly on Ebay for $60.00
Question please. I notice O-rings on injector nozzles have tiny O rings where they go into engine and where they fit into the fuel rail. I'd feel a lot better about replacing all 8 of these O rings can I buy at IPD? or your thoughts a couple of the hoses look shaky What is best suggestion for these items? Is there a fuel rail assembly kit (like a Carb. rebuild kit that has all soft stuff in it?)
I just hate putting something together and discover oh darn should have replaced those two bit o rings got a leak. Thoughts & help please. thank you it is certainly nice to have a crew of skilled 240 mechanics to help with stuff I'm accustom to learning the hard way.
