fuel rail

Gents, When I install the new fuel rail to replace cracked one I'll be installing new o-rings both ends of injectors. As tight READ HARD TO PULL OFF WITH OLD o-RINGS I've a feeling installing new rail is not going to be a cinch with pressure of 4 new O-rings to fight against.
QUESTION: Should I grease the O rings and install rail starting at firewall end and work my way along pressing one in at a time or do you boldly try the parallel
approach and evenly attempt to push rail on all at once. I can see the temptation of putting a 2X4 on rail and tapping but do not want to go there.
Obviously my manual has nor arrived yet. Amazon must have shipped via a slow boat to China. Your thoughts appreciated. 1fat cat
To the wise ass that emailed me suggesting I get a new Mechanic. I'm it I'm the best the Big Island has & I'm no mechanic I just try to use brain and logical clear thinking however the temptation to start drinking earlier each day is raising it's ugly head.
