Throttle Position Switch... unplugged? 700 1990

I would pull the throttle body and clean it then adjust per FAQs. Pull the idle control valve and clean it. Hows plugs, wires, cap, rotor? The hole you mentioned. If in front to the Cat, just a test port. Either put a lock washer on it or tack weld a spot on it or it will vibrate back out. Turbos really hate any type of air leak.
