electrical connections funky after big job 200 1989

Hello,

Just replaced my blower motor and resistor on '89 240 wagon. WHAT A BEAST OF A JOB!!! I don't wish it upon an enemy. It was satisfying to have heat finally in the dead of winter here on Northeastern Coast, but I swear when I was putting dash and console back together after installing motor I knew the wiring was going to get a little messed up.
Now, my power locks don't work and the car lighter when pushed in makes the dash and console backlights flash.
OI know I probablywired the lighter improperely. I the wiring diagrams and am consulting them to figure it out, but as for the power locks, sondering if anybody thinks its a relay problem or some thing else with one of the direct lines.

THanks
