I don't know any thing about the guy in NV. Personally, if I were wanting an engine rebuilt I would bug Phil Singer. Great guy to deal with and I would put him as (if not THE) best Volvo engine builder out there. From stock to 200hp, Phil builds them... Drop him a note at editor@vclassics.com
