960 brake pull 900

My 1996 960 wagon pulls slightly to the left when braking. My alignment was just done and I have replaced my strut rod bushings shortly before that. It is not unsafe but I am very curious as to ideas in this forum for what might be causing it.

A related question is some play that I have in my steering wheel. It is very little but I am wondering what the most likely cause of this might be.

Thanks very much,
Jim Lee
