ELECTRIC WINDOWS NOT WORKING 200 1993

Brick brain power, I purchased new switches for this auto Both rear windows work
as
designed neither front windows do anything, Went to passenger front switch, using my trusty 12 volt test light determined yes power to one of the 5 female receptacles, I tried with a jumper hotting up each of the remaining 4 female receptacles nothing . Moved to fuse block #10 that powers windows has power to both sides of block and fuse she be good.

LISTEN UP HERE, I'm electrically challenged, how do I diagnose & isolate what specifically is the problem here? the problem being front two windows? I know how to remove door panels, since my switches are new we can probably eliminate this as an issue. Your thoughts Ideas please. Fatcat
