1993 240 oil pressure test results and resolutions. 200 1993

Those oil pressure #s are ok. A higher viscosity oil would increase them a bit, but not a big deal. The oil pressure light should not be on more than half a second or so after startup. The light is sapposed to indicate NO oil pressure. 21 psi should be way plenty pressure to keep the light off. The sensor may be bad, you might try a new sensor or testing your old sensor using compressed air and a multimeter. Next guess would be an intermittent wiring problem, bad wire insulation common. You might try a test wire to the sensor and monitor this with a multimeter with eng running and then driving.
