Tapioca Pudding in Flame Trap 200 1984

That's the best way to describe it.

A little backstory:

Last week I installed the Flame Trap relocation kit from IPD after some oil leaks developed. Replaced said seals and continued on to tackle the flame trap. I did the test of connecting the hose to the oil trap/breather box, blowing through it and feeling for air coming through the oil cap and it seemed like a good amount of air flow.

It's been about a week after I relocated the flame trap and now I have an engine that idles rough and lacks power until it has been driven for about 1 minute. This is at any startup, warm or cold. I checked the newly installed hoses and they seemed fine. That is until I popped the flame trap off of the hose that connects to the oil trap and found what looks like tapioca pudding.

So that's my problem. Rough idle and Tapioca Pudding in the hoses.

Any ideas?
