Need a source for a used Mitsubish turbo or CBV 900 1994

Supposedly these small turbos are very common and are one of the first things a power hungry Volvo enthusiast replaces. Just wondering if someone has one willing to sell gathering dust on their shelf that would fit a 94 940. I'm willing to buy one that can be rebuilt. I believe mine only needs a compressor bypass valve diaphragm. Unfortunately this part seems to be hard to come by for this year. Anyone know of a source for this part as well?
