paint color tag & location 200 1993

I looked in my manual it directed me to the passenger side suspension tower under hood of course it was there. HOWEVER, By looking at this year and model paint samples I've determined the color to be "BLUE POLY" code either 16549 or 410
then I looked at tag no such number exists on tag with nothing stating paint color is code xxxx. Is there a secret Swedish method of decipering the code on tag?
I've determined I'm going to have to repaint hood and front fenders to be satisfied with my car. thanks for input. it just can't be this hard I may be growing simple in old age.
