Fuel Pump Hose Size 200 1980

I'm trying to replace the in-tank fuel pump on my brick. The hose on the far left is stuck to the in-tank pump; it has a black plastic inner tube stuck from the hose stuck to the outside of the fuel pump line. Is that a special hose? What size and how long is it? How do I replace it? Thanks!
