Your write-up on the distributor is good. I have a son going to school in Bryan, I will have to see if he can get me the tool. Yes,I did replace the rpm sensor, yes it has the white band near where it plugs in and of course the other end is secured with two 10mm bolts on the bell housing. The old one did have all the insulation worn off. Still same intermittent hot no start. What else should I try?
