Niel,

Nope - we have 4 ways all over the place out here in South Dakota, and very few traffic lights or traffic police. For instance, our little town has neither... We yeild to the vehicle on the right - note I said vehicle. One never knows if that might be a tractor, golf cart, or bicyle...
