First, thanks for all the great suggestions.I think I learned a few things. Genuine Volvo isn't what it used to be. Sachs Boge is no longer a great choice for struts/shocks for the 240's. Bilstein makes a very good front sturt for the 240?
Ended ordering a set of Koni yellow sports on sale from Tirerack. The reason I went with Koni instead of Bilstein is that I have 2 240's with the Bilsteins and want to try something different. If the Koni's weren't available I think I would have went with Bilstein HD's in front and the KYB gas adjust's in the rears. I'm running HD's fronts and Koni yellows in the rear of my 245 and like the ride alot. I don't like the valving on the rear HD's. Seem stiff on compression and light on rebound.
