My error in previous post 200 1980

Glad to hear you got the tank pump squared away.

In my last post, down at the bottom I said:

"[If no 12V at that connector, I think there's another one under the left side of the dash. Not sure - it's been a long time.]"

I think I should have said the RIGHT side of the dash, for one of the two connectors in series between Fuel pump relay and Main pump — before the one under the back seat. But then, the relay is on the left, so...? Anyhow, the relay should have 2 Y-R wires leaving terminal 87, one goes to the (nearby) Fuse 5 input and the other will go thru the under-dash connector somewhere before heading to the left rear (if I'm not all wet. Art?).

The diagram Art Benstein posted shows 2 little rectangles in the Y-R wire from FPRelay terminal 87 to the Main pump. I believe the one closest to the relay is the connector under the dash "somewhere", with the one closest to the pump being the under-seat connector. Both of those connectors have been known to fail (rarely) due to corrosion.

I'd say maybe the under-dash connector (maybe flat white plastic and 3-wide?) would be easier to find and test first, because that back seat removal can be tough on the back.
