There is no ''Fuel Pump Fuse'' 200 1993

"( the four fuses on the positive battery terminal are fine )"

There is no separate fuse for the Fuel pump, only the PINK 30 AMP one (of 4) marked "MAIN" at the battery, And that must be OK because it also powers the Ignition ECU*, and you must have spark since it runs with pump "hot wired".

The problem is most likely in the fuel pump relay . The clicking you hear is the "System" relay in that white case along with the pump relay. It powers the AMM, IAC valve, ECU, and the Pump relay coil. I would try a relay swap first, or re-flow the soldered connection points on your Fuel relay PC board (see 700/900 FAQ for more on this).

I don't know just how you "hot wired" the pump, but you can hold the pump relay "clapper" closed with a short piece of rubber tubing or something similar, as in the photo below.
NOTE: The pumps will run as soon as the relay is connected.

* The Yellow 60A fuse marked "Ignition" powers to the Ignition switch and fender wall 12V junction box.

Pump relay forced "ON"
