Heated side mirror glass removal? 200 1992

Does anyone know if the heated power mirrors used on the 1992/93 240s have a different removal procedure than their predecessors? My car is actually a 1989, which had a cam in the bottom of the mirror that could be turned with a screwdriver through the weep hole underneath the mirror. I have since replaced those mirrors with heated power mirrors from a 1992/93 car, which have worked great. However, now I need to replace the glass in one, and it doesn't look like they have the same type of mounting piece behind the glass. Does anyone know how to remove these without breaking something?

Thanks,
Johnathan
