There are two philips screws on the back side of the arms. Remove these and you will be able to pull the horn ring off. Once that is off, you will have to see if the wire for the horn (comes up the center of the steering column) has been spliced before. This insulated button will need to be pulled out before you can get the main nut off. Try not to pull the wire out completely as it's a chore to fish the wire through the steering column, column joint and finally the steering box... To get the large nut off, you will first have to bend back an ear on the washer under the nut. Once the nut and washer are off, you might be able to wiggle the steering wheel and get it to pop off. If not, you can either use a hammer to tap on the steering column (with the nut partially reinstalled to prevent damage to the threads) while pulling on the wheel. If that doesn't work, you will have to use a puller. You can make your own puller by using a bit 2"x3/8" bar stock that is about 3" long. Drill two holes in the bar stock on the same center distance as the tapped holes (1/4" ?) in the steering wheel (next to the steering column splines). The holes need to be bigger than the tapped holes. As you fish bolts through the bar stock, thread them into the holes such that the middle of the bar sits over the top of the end fo the steering column. As you tighten the bolts, it will force the bar stock against the end of the steering column and pull the wheel off the splines....
