960 Battery drain

What is a typical battery drain on a '97 960 when parked?
My '97 960 has been draining the battery when parked for a couple weeks, won't start and takes a good charge. The battery tested OK, and alternator is working fine.
I measured 130 m-Amps (0.13 amps) whle parked and everything off. I'm thinking this is OK but the PO put in a smaller capacity Wal Mart batery than should be used.
