[RICKBOARD] Use a test light to trace the problem

Art, I have printed the expanded view of the wiring schematic, it is very clear,
I only lack the skills to fully utilize this plan print, my dad who was a
Mechanical engineer passed away, he would have understood, My education is
business mgmt.& construction mgmt, I'm very unskilled in reading wiring
diagrams. Regards Bill thanks for your input I'll struggle through this daunting
task in time.
