1984 240 DL won't start

I have a 1984 240 DL wagon with starting problems. I have voltage on both the input and output of fuse 7, but nothing on the input and output side of fuse 5. As with many of these cars with this type of fuseblock, I have had ongoing problems with corroded contacts on the fuseblock. Is there a relay or fusable link betwwen here and the battery? Any help with where to look would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance....
