240 ABS Light 200 1992

Hi All,

This past week my ABS light came on in the 240. I thought, no big deal, the sensor magnets must have a bunch of crud on them. It's happened to me before after we get a heavy snow fall with lots of salt and sand on the roads.

So yesterday I pulled the front wheels and rotated the tires while I was at it!

Anyway, I removed the calipers and front rotors and the magnet sensors were loaded with crud. The sensor wheels on the hub were caked with grime too, so I cleaned it all up on both sides.

Started the car and the ABS light was off. As soon as the car started rolling the ABS light came back on.

Any other suggestions for me?

Thanks to all.

Did I mention that Chad Henne stinnks?
