Ok, I've got an automatic 89' 245 with 305,000 miles on it and I was thinking... Maybe in a couple of years I might want to pull my B230F out and drop something else in it that will give me a whole lot more get up and go.

So to that end what can I drop in it? I'm thinking a turbo at least, but what about one of the 6 cylinders out of a 260/760 or 960. Will it fit? If so, what must I modify to make it fit.

Also, what transmission should I be looking for to combine with it. I want to switch over to a manual, hopefully a 5 speed. Not sure which one will be the ticket, but then I'm open to suggestions.

I plan to pull all this stuff from my local PNP so what ever I get it will need to be rebuilt and a whole lot of new inner parts, possibly some high performance IPD stuff.

Any ways there you have it. Please let me know what you all think.
