B18 Camshaft Selection for Stock 1800 1962

Hello,

Need help on camshaft selection ... in the middle of a rebuild and want need an new camshaft/lifters. I'm looking to just keep it stock for the most part ...
Here is the engine/car info.

Jensen #3276 with number matching engine
Engine: Markings below ... I think it is a B18B Type 1 ... but need help.

Engine markings on distributor side:
VOLVO 49680 0 3311
A
3 G E418201

Overbore: 40 over
Carbs: Twin SU HS6
Camshaft: Marked A on end
Original Exhaust single down pipe

Thanks for your thoughts on this! I know this has been talked about at length, but I have two documents that say different things ... one says A one says B.
