Will '89 AW71 from 740 fit my '93 240? 200 1993

Hi. My 1993 Classic needs a new trans, I won't go into why that is...

It is a LH2.4 version with AW70 if that helps. I found a local AW71 out of a 740 Turbo, hesitant to purchase it without some advice! Thanks...
