900 (and maybe 700) front door map pockets 900

I'm on a roll fixing a bunch of the little things on my car that haven't been working...power locks, wiper squirter motors, etc. I'd like to replace the cracked "map pockets" at the bottom of the driver and passenger doors. It looks like this piece is detachable separately from the rest of the door panel, but I haven't pulled things off. Does anybody have experience removing these, and if so, could you give me a few pointers on how/where it attaches/clips?

I tend to break the majority of the little plastic trim clips that I come across, so I figured I'd ask first before sticking my flat-head screw driver into the door panel. mostly I'd like to know if I can just pop the pocket off or whether I need to remove the panel and release something from the back side.

thanks
