Cooling System Rebuild & Flush 900

Plan to head to my Volvo mechanic friends place in the coming week to have the cooling system completely rebuilt and hopefully eliminate a tough to find leak.I am replacing them with all original Volvo Rad, hoses, expansion tank & hoses, and thermostat. Also plan a complete flush.

Heater core hoses were done 1 year ago, and reservoir cap is four years old and likely to be fine.

Any other ideas on what to be sure to check or just replace? Could also do a full trans flush since I have to take the rad line off the trans cooler. Not sure what else to consider.
