Front Wheels, One Forward 700 1989

Hey all, i think i know what the issue is here but would like a little reassurance.
My 89 780 has an issue i havent encounterd before, when parked on a hill if i measure the front wheels the passenger side is sitting about an inch forward then the drivers side, additionally when in reverse and turning the wheel rub's on the air dam. it partially does this on the drivers side in reverse but not nearly as bad as the passenger side. The PO of this 780 really negleated it and i have done a considerable amount to bring it back to life, already in over 6K including purchase, so id like to keep the air dam attached.

things done in the last 5K Suspension Wise
Both Ball Joint Replaced.
New Outer Sway Bar Bushings
