Wiring Harness...if not what? 200 1993

I posted on here a couple of weeks ago, the problem is this when the key is off the oil warning light comes on. It stays on. When the car is on the the light is off.
The 2 answers I received were:
a. the ignition switch
b. the wiring harness (this advice came from someone who had pre '88 240's)

I changed the ignition switch this weekend and still having the same problem(don't get me started about how much of a pain that is). I have read about the wiring harness issues, but most of the info I found was regarding pre '88. So my questions are:

a. are the wiring harnesses on '93's known to have problems?
b. where is this infamous harness?
c. is it possible this is the problem?
d. does anyone have any clue what else this could be?

Thanks
