"the passenger side is sitting about an inch forward then the drivers side..."

measured how? from where? from the body, or from the rear wheel? If the tire is rubbing the body, it could be the body is bent.
But also it's time to look carefully at the crossmember, which does crack on those. And I'd look at the diagonal arm bushings, the conical ones. It could be those all along.
