FYI: what you need is Monroe Max Air MA814. I entered Monroe MA814 into Google, and it gave me a list of sites that carry them. I bought mine at Amazon for less than $60 a few years ago. I just did the same search, and they are still avaiable there for $58.75.

You also want Monroe part # AK64 Air Shock Accessory Kit also available at Amazon (this allows for having separate air feeds for each side:

You cap off the one of the outlets on each "T".
