electric problems 700 1988

Thank you for the response aleekat.
So I was just in the car and replaced the broken fuse like you recommened for the dome lights. Dome lights and etc. came on.
New problem: after installing the new fuse, not only did dome lights come on but headlights, tailights, dashboard lights, etc. also came on and will not go off until I disconnect the battery.
More info: The yellow wire which I had stated that I fried is a solid yellow with white stripe wire which I currently have connected to the panel lights wire for my radio head.
Im obviosly terrible with wiring but am determined to get this fixed.
Any other information would be greatly appreciated.
Benton
