V70 New Motor? S90-V90 1998

I have a V70 TR 1998. I had this problem for couple of weeks. I'll do my best to explain. When I start feels a vibration in the engine. Like one of cylinders don't work. Then goes away. and sometimes when I am driving comes back and feels like running out of gas but tank is full. Yesterday was worst, lots of vibration, and with hesitation to move. Then at the stop light it did not want to move. I took it to the shop. They looked at it and said that the motor is old and worn out and I need a new motor!! $$$

They scanned for fault codes and found 8 fault codes.
551-Misfire in cylinder #1 with 3 way catalytic converter failure
452-Misfire in cylinder #2
454-Misfire in cylinder #4
543-Misfire in cylinder #2 with three way catalytic converter failure
545-Misfire in multiple cylinders
554-Misfire in cylinder #7 with three way catalytic converter failure
451-Misfire is cylinder #1

They also tested engine compression and found the following:
Cyl #1 0 psi
Cyl #2 120 psi
Cyl #3 125 psi
Cyl #4 130 psi
Cyl $5 130 psi

Spec is 184 psi to 213 psi

So I took it to the dealer. I don't have the report but they called they said I should replace spark plugs and other things about $600.
Some please comment. Thanks.
