Check for codes, see FAQ's, no reader needed. It sounds like your CPS(crank position sensor) is crapping the bed. Though given the frequency of bad bad fuel pump relays I'd change that first. Two clicks doesnt assure you its working anyway. CPS, RSR, Fuel pump relay. All 15-20$ parts that if havent been replaced at your mileage should.
